What we can help with

Corrections are welcome. If a page contains an error, an out-of-date statement or a broken source link, tell us which page and what you found. Source suggestions are welcome too, especially from government agencies, national laboratories, standards bodies and university extension services. We read these notes and update pages when a source supports a change.

What we cannot do

We cannot give advice about your own home, recommend products or firms, or work out why a particular skylight leaks. We do not sell, install, repair, quote, estimate or book anything, so requests of that kind cannot be answered. For decisions about a specific roof, a qualified local professional and your building department are the right people to ask.

This form opens your own email program with the message filled in; nothing is sent until you send it. Daylight at Home is an independent publication that offers no services and cannot give personal advice, quotes or a diagnosis of a problem in your home.
